Terms of Use

1. Who provides the service

Prava 24 (the “app” or the “service”) is provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan], [TAX ID (STIR/INN)] (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@pravayhq.uz, Telegram @pravayhq_support_bot.

2. What the service is — and is not

• Prava 24 is an educational tool for preparing for the theoretical driving licence exam in the Republic of Uzbekistan: a bank of practice questions grouped into tickets and topics, mock exams, statistics, games, the text of the traffic rules, fines and AI explanations.
• The app is independent. It is not an official exam, is not affiliated with any government agency, and passing tests in the app does not give you any licence, certificate or right to drive.
• Traffic rules and exam questions can change. We work to keep content accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Official legal acts always prevail over the content of the app.
• AI explanations and chat answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Use them as study help, not as legal advice, and check important points against the traffic rules.

3. No guarantee of passing the exam

Your exam result depends on your own knowledge and performance. Readiness scores, statistics and predictions in the app are estimates. We do not promise or guarantee that you will pass the exam, and we are not responsible for exam results.

4. Your account

• You can sign in with Telegram, an email code, Google or Apple. You must provide accurate information and keep access to your sign-in method secure.
• One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian where the law requires it.
• Your username, rating and game results are visible to other users in duels and on the leaderboard. Do not choose a username that is offensive, misleading or infringes others’ rights.

5. Free use and Premium

• The app is free to download. Free use includes access to part of the content and daily limits on some features.
• Premium removes those limits for a fixed period (for example, a number of days) shown on the plan before you pay.
• Premium is a one-time payment for the selected period. It does not renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you buy Premium again. When the period ends, your account returns to free use; your progress is kept.
• The price, the period and any discount are shown in the app before you confirm the payment. Prices are in Uzbek soum (UZS) on Android or in the currency shown by the App Store on iOS. We may change prices or offer different plans to different groups of users; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Payme, Click or Paylov (local payments) or by Apple (In-App Purchase on iOS). Their own terms apply to the payment. Premium is activated when the provider confirms the payment.
• Promo codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are issued, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

6. Refunds

• Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
• Payments via Payme, Click or Paylov: if you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or Premium was not activated after a successful payment, contact support@pravayhq.uz within [14] days of the payment with the date, amount and provider. We will activate Premium or refund the payment through the same provider, in accordance with the provider’s rules and the consumer protection law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for a Premium period that has started are not refunded for the unused part of the period, and deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or publish the question bank, explanations or other content of the app in bulk;
• reverse-engineer, interfere with or overload the service, or bypass limits or payments (including by creating multiple accounts);
• cheat in duels or on the leaderboard, or use automated tools to play;
• use the AI chat to produce unlawful, abusive or harmful content;
• impersonate others or use the service in violation of the law.

We may limit, suspend or block accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, software, explanations, selection and arrangement of content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own preparation. Official legal texts (such as the traffic rules) are provided for reference and remain public.

9. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services (stores, payment providers, sign-in providers, AI providers, YouTube for some video lessons). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. See our Privacy Policy for what data is shared.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for exam results, or for decisions you make based on the content of the app, including AI answers. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account, or on the account deletion page). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Sections 3, 8, 10 and 13 survive termination.

12. Additional terms for the iOS app

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and intellectual-property claims); we are responsible for them.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We will try to resolve any dispute through support first; otherwise disputes are resolved by the competent courts of [CITY], Republic of Uzbekistan, unless the law gives you the right to another court.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new effective date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. If you continue to use the service after a change, the updated terms apply. Questions: support@pravayhq.uz.
